{"id":2049,"date":"2015-05-11T08:07:24","date_gmt":"2015-05-11T12:07:24","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.mansfieldplumbing.com\/?p=2049"},"modified":"2015-05-18T12:34:49","modified_gmt":"2015-05-18T16:34:49","slug":"mansfield-plumbing-made-for-real-life","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.mansfieldplumbing.com\/blog\/mansfield-plumbing-made-for-real-life\/","title":{"rendered":"Mansfield Plumbing: Made for Real Life"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Following extensive independent industry research, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mansfieldplumbing.com\/\">Mansfield Plumbing<\/a> has launched a new brand message:<strong>Made for Real Life<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe invested in both qualitative and quantitative research of distributors, plumbers, and other industry people to learn how they felt about all leading plumbing product manufacturers,\u201d says Gary Pember, vice president of marketing for Mansfield Plumbing. \u201cThis research explored the needs and wants of each of these target audiences with the goal of helping us identify how Mansfield could best serve our customers.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Findings of the study, which was conducted in early 2015 by <a href=\"http:\/\/www.draperdna.com\/\">Draper DNA<\/a>, show that many plumbing manufacturers have complex structures, making it difficult for customers to do business with them.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe results show that the majority of competitors to Mansfield are generally described as \u2018aloof, impersonal and arrogant,&#8217;\u201d says Pember. \u201cWe were hearing terms such as \u2018hard to work with, complicated and unapproachable.\u2019<\/p>\n<p>\u201cOn the flip side, these same people referred to Mansfield Plumbing as \u2018the nice guys of the industry\u2019 and used descriptions such as \u2018uncomplicated, easy going, relatable and committed\u2019 to describe our company.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Results of the study \u2014 in particular the \u201cwants\u201d responses \u2014 have led Mansfield to identify their niche as being the manufacturer that makes life easier for customers.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cOur new brand message of <strong>Made for Real Life<\/strong> capitalizes on what we do best,\u201d says Pember. \u201cWe\u2019re easy to work with, our products are made in America and we have fast fulfillment\/delivery.
